Jonny’s Haunted Mansion “Grimwood Manor”

In October 2024, Jonny's Towing & Recovery Ltd., in collaboration with Arpeg Farms Ltd & United Rentals (Richmond Branch), proudly presented "Grimwood Manor," a haunted mansion experience designed to captivate and unite the community during the Halloween season.

The Vision Behind Grimwood Manor

Our goal was to create an immersive, family-friendly Halloween event that would not only entertain but also foster community spirit. By transforming the historic property at 7225 Ladner Trunk Road in Delta, BC, into a spine-chilling haunted mansion, we aimed to provide a memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Crafting the Haunted Experience

The transformation of the property into Grimwood Manor involved meticulous planning and creative design. Visitors were invited to embark on a guided walk through the eerie grounds, encountering themed zones filled with skeletons, a graveyard, and haunting fog. A notable highlight was the towering 12-foot skeleton, which became a popular photo opportunity for guests. The event featured multiple time slots each evening—6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, and 9:00 PM—to accommodate a wide audience. Admission was free, but attendees were encouraged to make donations to support local initiatives. 

Community Engagement and Support

The event was designed to give back to the community. Fifty percent of all donations collected were directed to the Delta Farmland & Wildlife Trust, supporting local farmers and wildlife conservation efforts. The remaining funds were allocated for future community events hosted by Jonny's Towing & Recovery Ltd., ensuring the continuation of such engaging experiences.
